Your terms and conditions of use
The Terms and Conditions (T&C’s) contained herein along with the Privacy Policy, form an Agreement regulating the relationship with regard to the use of Tech Solutions India’s ‘shopping’ Platform (Site) by the User. Please read this Agreement carefully. By accessing, browsing, visiting and/or using the Site, for any reason whatsoever, the User is deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions listed herein. The User is advised to regularly check for any amendments or updates to the terms and conditions set out herein, from time to time.
TSI is the owner of the Site and the Products displayed on the Site. TSI reserves the right to accept or reject the offer of the User. Products/Services and information displayed on the Site constitute an "invitation to an offer". The User’s order for purchase constitutes an "offer" which shall be subject to the terms and conditions as listed herein.
Definitions:
"Agreement" means the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) contained herein along with the Privacy Policy. It will also include references to this Agreement as and when amended, novated, supplemented, varied or replaced.
“Customer” means and includes any Natural person/ Legal entity/ Buyer who makes an offer to TSI for sale of the Products promoted or displayed on the Site, by placing an order on the Site and/or with TSI.
“Information" is defined as any information the User provided to TSI in the registration, buying or listing process, in the feedback area or through any e-mail feature.
“TSI” stands for "Tech Solutions India" which is and having its office at 645, Sec-5, Vaishali, Ghaziabad, UP
“Product/s” includes the goods, services promoted / displayed on the Site and/or sold by TSI through the Site.
“Services” means the services offered on the Site solely for the reason of aiding the sale of the Products.
“Site” means the internet website having the internet protocol address “http:// www.TechSolutionsIndia.com” .
"Manufacturer” means any person / legal entity, trade organization/s, manufacturer/s, shop etc. who has manufactured the Products that are promoted/displayed and/or sold on the Site.
“User” includes every person who accesses, browses, visits and/or uses the Site and includes a Customer.
